Preorder Policy

1.1. Why Preorder? On our shop, the main advantage is always the price – it will be the lowest at which we sell the product. Prices of SEALED products already in stock tend to increase almost monthly, according to external market trends. The quantity available after fulfilling preorders will be very limited or may even be nonexistent.

1.2. What Does Preorder Mean? A preorder allows you to reserve and purchase a sealed TCG product that is not yet physically in stock but will be released or delivered by suppliers at a future date. Placing a preorder DOES NOT guarantee delivery on a fixed date or final allocation of the product, as available quantities depend entirely on confirmed stock received from suppliers. By placing a preorder, the customer explicitly agrees to these conditions and assumes the risks associated with products in preorder status.

1.3. When Will I Receive My Order? Orders placed as preorders are delivered after the official release date and after products have been received from the supplier. The date shown on the product page is estimated and may change without prior notice. Orders are shipped according to the priority established, based on payment method and stock availability, as soon as products arrive in our warehouse and are ready for delivery. Delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or external logistics factors cannot be attributed to the seller.

1.4. Limited Quantity For certain preorder products, especially limited editions or highly demanded items, we reserve the right to impose a maximum quantity per customer. This limit is based on estimated or confirmed stock from the supplier and is intended to ensure fair distribution so that as many customers as possible can access the product. If there is a quantity limit and a customer places multiple orders exceeding it, the additional orders will be canceled.

2. LEGAL INFO
2.1. This page regulates the terms applicable to placing and processing preorders for sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including, but not limited to, Pokémon TCG and One Piece TCG. By placing a preorder, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms below.

2.2. Preorder products are items not physically in stock at the time of order placement and will be delivered later, depending on confirmed availability from suppliers and the official release date communicated by manufacturers or distributors. Release dates shown on the site are estimated and may change independently of our will. The customer acknowledges and accepts that delays may occur without this constituting liability or compensation.

2.3. Product allocation from preorders depends solely on quantities actually received from suppliers. In cases of insufficient stock, reduced allocation, major delays, or cancellations by suppliers, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel one or more preorders, in full or in part, without prior notice. This measure is exceptional but necessary in the TCG market context, where allocations are often unpredictable.

2.4. In the event of a canceled prepaid preorder, the amount paid will be fully refunded using the same payment method initially used, within the legally applicable timeframe. The customer cannot claim penalties, damages, or other additional compensation.

2.5. Orders paid online by card are prioritized when quantities received are limited. In rare cases where there are more preorders than available products, fully prepaid orders will have priority over cash-on-delivery orders. Placing a preorder with cash-on-delivery does not guarantee fulfillment.

2.6. We reserve the right to modify, update, or supplement this policy without prior notice. Changes will apply to preorders placed after the publication of the new version. We recommend consulting this page periodically.

2.7. By completing a preorder, the customer confirms that they accept the risks associated with purchasing products under preorder status and explicitly agree to all the conditions outlined above.
