Terms & Conditions – RAM Cards

1. General Information

The website www.ramcards.ro is operated by LUXURY RETAIL COMPANY S.R.L., hereinafter referred to as RAM Cards or the Seller.

By accessing, browsing, and placing orders on this website, the user fully accepts the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this site.

2. Definitions

Client / User – any individual or legal entity accessing the website or placing an order
Products – TCG items sold on the website (single cards, sealed products, slabbed, etc.)
Order – an electronic, phone, or email request to purchase products

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, photos, descriptions, logos, graphic elements) is the property of RAM Cards and is protected under copyright law.

Copying, distributing, or using the content without written consent from RAM Cards is prohibited.

4. Products & Their Description

All products sold are 100% authentic
Product descriptions and photos are taken in our own studio and reflect the real condition of the products as accurately as possible
For TCG products (especially single cards), minor differences in shade or reflection may occur due to lighting or display

RAM Cards is not responsible for subjective interpretation of product condition as long as it corresponds to the displayed description.

5. Product Availability

Products marked as "in stock" are available in the RAM Cards warehouse.
Products on pre-order are clearly marked and have a specified delivery date.

In exceptional cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed. The client will be informed and may choose to:

receive a refund
replace the product
cancel the order

6. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed:

online via the website
by phone / WhatsApp
via email

An order is considered valid only after confirmation by RAM Cards.

RAM Cards reserves the right to refuse orders that:

contain incomplete or incorrect information
present suspicion of fraud
come from clients with a problematic history

7. Prices & Payments

All prices are expressed in RON and include VAT
Available payment methods are displayed on the website
RAM Cards reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice (changes do not affect already confirmed orders)

8. Delivery

Orders are delivered according to the information displayed on the "Shipping Information" page.

RAM Cards is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors (weather, incidents, high parcel volume).

9. Right of Return

The client has the right to return products within 14 calendar days, according to the Return Policy displayed on the website.

Returns are accepted only if:

the products are sealed
they are in the same condition as delivered
they fully comply with the conditions of the Return Policy

10. Liability & Limitations

RAM Cards cannot be held responsible for:

improper use of products
damage to products after delivery
indirect or financial losses

RAM Cards’ liability cannot exceed the value of the ordered product.

11. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy available on the website.

By using the website, the user consents to the processing of data necessary for order fulfillment.

12. Force Majeure

RAM Cards cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, courier service interruptions, etc.).

13. Disputes & Applicable Law

Any dispute between RAM Cards and a client will be resolved amicably.
If this is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
