Are the products authentic?
Yes. All products sold by RAM Cards are 100% authentic, verified and sold with a fiscal invoice.

What types of products do you sell?
We offer:

Single cards (raw & graded / slabs)
Sealed products
from multiple TCG games: Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball, Naruto, Riftbound, and more.

Are the products in stock?
Yes. Products marked "in stock" are already in our warehouse and ready for shipping. Pre-order items are marked separately.

📸 Card Condition & Photos

How can I check the condition of a card?
Each card is presented with professional studio photographs and a detailed description of its condition.

Are the cards in the pictures the exact ones I’ll receive?
Yes. For single cards, the photos shown are of the actual product, not catalog images.

🚚 Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Approximately 90% of orders arrive within 24 hours.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 16:00 → shipped the same day
Orders placed after 16:00 → shipped the next working day

Which courier companies do you use?
Curiera.ro, DPD Courier, and Sameday Courier (easybox).
