At RAM Cards, we strive to ensure that every order is a safe and fair experience. If you need to return a product, we provide a clear and transparent process.
Return requests can be made within 14 calendar days from receiving the package, via any of the following channels:

Products can be returned within 14 days from receiving the package, without needing to specify a reason.
Products must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.
❌ Returns for unsealed products are not accepted. ❌
Products must be returned along with all accessories, promotional materials, vouchers, or gifts received.
Customers are required to notify us of their intention to return products within 14 days from receiving the order.
Return Fee: €5 (deducted from the refunded amount)
Refunds are issued only for the product value, not including the initial shipping cost
Refunds are processed exclusively via bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer
You can send the package via any courier service, with shipping costs borne by the customer
or
We can send a courier, in which case the €5 fee will be deducted from the refund amount
Returns are NOT accepted for products that:
Have broken seals or opened packaging, or show signs of unofficial resealing
Show signs of wear, scratches, dents, or mechanical damage
Were improperly packaged and were damaged during the return shipment
The customer is responsible for any decrease in product value resulting from handling.
To be accepted, returned products must be properly protected:
Appropriate shipping box
Protective materials (bubble wrap or equivalent)
Products damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.
We commit to refunding amounts due:
Without undue delay
Within 14 days from the date the products are physically received
Only if the products meet all return conditions
Shipping and handling fees for the initial shipment are non-refundable.
If returned products do not comply with the return policy, we will notify you by phone or in writing.
The products will be sent back to the customer, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
