Are the products authentic?
Yes. All RAM Cards products are 100% authentic, checked and sold with a fiscal invoice.
Are the products in stock?
All products marked as "in stock" are already in our warehouse and ready for shipping. Pre-order products are clearly marked.
How can I know the condition of a card?
Each card comes with a detailed description and professional studio photographs so you know exactly what you are buying.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1–2 working days, and 90% of orders arrive within 24 hours from dispatch.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 16:00 → shipped the same day
Orders placed after 16:00 → shipped the next working day
Which courier companies do you use?
Curiera.ro, DPD Courier, and Sameday Courier (easybox).
After dispatch, you will receive an SMS and email with the AWB number.
You can track your package directly on the courier’s website mentioned in the message.
What payment methods are available?

Payment at easybox (where available)

Can I return a product?
Yes. Products can be returned within 14 days, according to the Return Policy available on the website.
How do I request a return?
You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. All orders come with a fiscal invoice issued using the details provided when placing the order.
Do you offer grading services?
Yes. We frequently send cards to PSA and Beckett (BGS). Contact us for details on the process and conditions.
